I decided to type in "Pregnant and need housing". I found a lot of information. I am 30 years old, single mom with 10 year old and I am 8 months pregnant and in need of housing ASAP! I am currently staying with my mother who has rented a house for 2 years. Owner decides to sell the home and give us 30 days to vacate. I've been applying for housing since May 10th, when we received a Certified Letter from the owner. Its been extremely hard finding a place to stay because we just had a terrible flood and a lot of people were looking for housing. I even applied for Public Housing, and they aren't even accepting applications. There is a waiting list for Section 8 which includes 2000 people waiting. I live in Davidson County of Tennessee and have to be out by this Thursday evening 10th of May 2010. PLEASE IF YOU KNOW A PLACE WHERE MY CHILD AND I CAN STAY, I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT!
